Please declare your swimmer NO LATER THAN Friday July 7th at 9:00pm for our AWAY MEET at Massad YMCA.

Warm-up arrival time is 5:15pm. Please allow time to get your area set-up and your swimmer ready at the meet before warmups. Please plan on traffic and leave for the meet accordingly.

Volunteer positions open at 8:00am on July 4th and close at 11:00pm on July 8th.

The Championship Meet is a little different.  Due to entry rules set by the League, we cannot guarantee that every swimmer will swim at finals, however, our coaches do their very best to include as many swimmers as possible within the confines of entry limits and allowing for maximum scoring possibilities.  

Swimmers are ranked into 3 groups – A , B and C – by their times.  The top two swimmers for each group will be entered into the Championship.

It is important that you let the coaches know AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE if you are available (or NOT available) for the Championship Meet.  We are asking all swimmers to declare their availability ASAP and PLEASE update it as soon as possible if your plans change.  MEET ENTRIES CLOSE ON MONDAY, July 10th.  If you have not RSVP'd yes by then, it is assumed that your swimmer is NOT available and they will NOT be seeded in the Championship Meet.

Please remember, declaring for the meet is NOT a guarantee your child will swim, only that they are available to participate.

We CANNOT change the final entries once they are posted so if your swimmer is seeded in the meet it is EXPECTED that they will swim.  If they do not show up, they have taken a spot from another swimmer, and possibly disqualified their relay team.

HOST Families, We hope you can join us on Monday, July 24th from 6:00-8:00pm for an evening of fun to celebrate a great season of swimming!  This is a potluck, so please be sure to sign-up for a dish to pass.  We will give awards, recognize our amazing coaches and volunteers and hold our annual "membership meeting" to vote in our new HOST Board members.  If you are interested in being part of the Board, please visit our website for more information. We hope to see you all there, it will be a splashing good time!

Please declare your swimmers and sign up to volunteer!

All Meets are open for swimmer sign-up starting on June 1.  Please "DECLARE" your swimmer as soon as possible for the entire season.  It is important to declare your swimmer as either attending or not-attending.  This helps the coaches plan for proper seeding of the meet.  For Wednesday meets, you MUST declare your swimmer by the Sunday before the meet at 9:00pm.   For our Monday meet, you MUST declare your swimmer by the Friday before the meet at 9:00pm.

Volunteer sign-ups for Wednesday meets open at 8:00am the Thursday before the meet and close Monday at 11:00pm.  

Volunteer sign-ups for our Monday meet open at 8:00am the Sunday before the meet and close Saturday at 11:00pm.

Please be sure to sign-up early to ensure you get the shifts you prefer.

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

  • Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
  • Click Save Assignments.
  • Click Back to Signup Calendar.

To declare your swimmer to attend or decline the meet: 

  • Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
  • For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
    • (undeclared)
    • Attending
    • Not Attending
  • Click Save to record your choices.
