Hurricane Families,

For today's HOME meet versus Fox Point, we ask that 10 & Under swimmers (1st session) arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. Warm-ups will run from 5:00-5:15 p.m. Swimmers ages 11 & Up (2nd session) should plan on arriving no later than 6:45 p.m. for their warm-ups. As a reminder, it is your swimmer's responsibility to know what event numbers they will be swimming in tonight. Please encourage them to use the Athlete Check-In sheets that I will have taped up on deck per usual as a resource. Additionally, event number information is available via the Swimtopia app. It is important that swimmers pay attention to what events are being called to the Clerk of Course (located outside of the pool deck alongside the pool fence line) so that the meet may run smoothly and nobody misses their events! Please make sure that you use this time before the meet to rest, fuel your bodies with healthy foods, and to drink lots and lots of water!!! I'm excited to watch everyone swim well tonight!!
