Good morning Hurricane Families,

Happy last meet day of the season! Our meet today is AWAY at Dahlgren: 10545 Kings Hwy, King George, VA 22485. We ask that 1st session swimmers (10 & Under) arrive NO LATER THAN 4:15 p.m. Please allow plenty of time for traffic and give yourself a few minutes to get your area set up and your swimmer(s) ready at the meet before warm-ups. 1st session swimmer warm-ups will begin at 4:25 p.m. 2nd session swimmers (11 & Up), please arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. 2nd session warm-ups will follow Dahlgren's 2nd session warm-ups. 

The list of entries for swimmers is posted under the "Meet Sign-Ups" section for this meet on the Swimtopia website. This information is also available via the Swimtopia app. Additionally, I have attached the Heat Sheet for tonight to this email. Due to last-minute scratches and changes, it may not be accurate ESPECIALLY FOR RELAYS. Please have your swimmers double check the Athlete Check-In sheets for updates when they arrive at the pool this afternoon.

I hope everyone is ready for one more great meet tonight! If you are unable to attend today, I hope to see you all on Sunday evening for our end-of-season banquet!
