Hello HOST Families,

This email has important information about our AWAY meet tonight at the Massad YMCA. Here is the address: 212 Butler Rd. Fredericksburg, VA 22405. Arrival time for swimmers is 5:15 p.m. Warm-ups will be from 5:25-5:35 p.m. for 10 & unders and 5:35-5:45 p.m. for 11 & overs. The meet will begin at 6 o’clock. We will be seated on the right side of the pool in the grass area and under the canopies.

As you may know, this afternoon’s forecast calls for inclement weather. As of right now, we still intend on running the meet. At approximately 4 p.m. the RSL reps for our team and Massad’s will make an assessment about the status of the meet. Please check your emails for any updates necessary about the meet, including information for rescheduling. 

Lastly, I wanted to remind everyone that we highly encourage any and all swimmers who are feeling sick to PLEASE STAY HOME. Regardless of COVID, we ask that if you or your swimmers are experiencing symptoms such as a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting that you stay home until symptom free for a minimum of 24 hours.
