Good morning HOST Families,

Today we have our away meet at Leeland Station (115 Riggs Rd Fredericksburg, VA 22405). Here is a timeline of what to expect for this afternoon:

4:15 pm - Pool deck is open for arrival

5:00 pm - All swimmers arrive no later than 5 pm to be ready for warmups!

5:15 pm - 10 & under warm ups begin

5:30 pm - 10 & under warm ups end, 11 & over warm ups begin

5:45 pm - 11 & over warm ups end

5:50 pm - Team cheer and handing out freestyle relay cards

6:00 pm - Meet starts

Please remember to have you swimmers know what event number they're swimming in -- the clerk of course will help them to their heat/lane for individual events. If for any reason your swimmers are no longer able to attend tonight, please let me know ASAP. Lastly, please keep an eye out for any updates from myself or the HOST Board about the meet tonight in case of inclement weather.
