About a week ago I sent out and email regarding "Shout-Out" Squares for your swimmers.  These will be published in the RSL Championship Meet Heat Sheet Book and are a great way to both recognize your swimmer and also support our team

I'd really love to fill a page with these, and we have a few more shout-outs to go.

You simply need to purchase the square and send me the message... I'll do the fancy formatting.  These squares cost $5. The final product will look similar to this:
