Hey Team,

Hopefully you all received the information that our meet for tonight was rescheduled until Monday, June 26th due to Fawn Lake's Pool Closure. While the Hurricanes have no fear of a storm, it seems the Fliers are unable to take-off in the rain!!!

Arrival time (no later than 5:15pm) and location on Monday remain the same. Fawn Lake has a GREAT concessions stand and while they take credit cards, they MUCH prefer cash, so please be sure to bring some. I have attached the Concessions' Menu for your planning purposes.

What follows is very important information so please read carefully. Our league rules allow us to update our meet entries. Each family will need to take one of the following three steps ASAP:

1. IF YOUR SWIMMER IS STILL ABLE TO ATTEND - YOU NEED TO DO NOTHING

2. IF YOUR SWIMMER CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, you MUST update your meet RSVP to "Unable to Attend"

3. IF YOUR SWIMMER COULD NOT ATTEND ORIGINALLY, BUT NOW CAN, please update your meet RSVP to "Attending"

This MUST be completed no later than Friday, June 23rd at 9:00pm. Here is the link: Meet RSVP for Fawn Lake Away Meet

The second thing you need to do is update your Volunteer Commitment. Again, you must do one of the following three options:

1. If you have NO changes (swimmers still coming, you can still perform your job), you need to do NOTHING.

2. If you were signed up for a job and can no longer attend the meet, you MUST remove yourself from the job signup or you will be marked as a no-show.

3. If you are now attending the meet, please sign up for a job.
