Hi everyone,

The coaches and I just want to take a moment to say how proud we are of the entire team after last night’s meet. Even though the final score didn’t go our way, that’s not the most important thing to focus on, we’re here to grow, compete, and improve, and that’s exactly what we did.

We came so close to pulling off a win, and what stood out most to us was the energy, the teamwork, and the determination we saw from all of you. The progress we’ve made is amazing! 72% of our swimmers dropped time, which shows that all your hard work at practice is paying off.

You may have seen the email from our volunteer coordinator earlier today about Fun Practice coming up. Here are details about the times for each age group:

• 13 & Up: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
• 12 & Under: 9:00 – 10:00 AM

We are hoping to celebrate all of our hard work tomorrow to put us in a good mood for next week. We’re building something special here. Let’s keep this momentum rolling into our next meet. Your coaches are proud of each and every one of you, let’s keep working, keep improving, and keep supporting each other.
