Registration for the 2026 season will be online starting in April 1st of 2026. The season (1st practice) starts on Tuesday, May 26th. Important parent meeting will be on May 26th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. See you then!

Welcome to the Hampton Oaks Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for the 2026 Hurricanes Season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to a private account that will enable you to declare your swimmer(s) for swim meets (let the coaches know if your swimmer will or will not attend a meet), sign up online for volunteer jobs, see your swimmer's entries and results for a meet, maintain your contact information, and more.

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with registration!

• Prerequisites- To join the Hampton Oaks Swim Team, your child must be no older than 18 as of June 1, 2026, and for safety purposes, be able to swim one length of the pool (any stroke) without assistance or stopping.
• New swimmers to the team (regardless of age or swim ability) must attend a "team qualifier" to demonstrate the ability to swim one full length of the pool. These qualifiers will be held at the Hampton Oaks Pool Saturday - May 23rd, Sunday - May 24th, and Monday - May 56th from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please attend one of these times or contact [email protected] if you cannot attend.
• Registration for the team is open until the end of June. If your swimmer does not qualify initially, they are welcome to try again anytime.
• Please note: Register all swimmers in your family at the same time to receive any applicable discounts (We are unable to offer the multi-swimmer discount if all swimmers in a family are not registered together).
• The HOST annual Family Registration Fee includes registration and swim fees for the season.
• HOST charges a $10 non-refundable administrative fee per registration.
• The RSL (Rappahannock Swim League) charges a non-refundable $20 per swimmer fee.
• A $500 conditional fee will be collected at the time of registration and released once you have met your volunteer obligation.
• Once your registration has been approved and payment processed, you will receive an email with your username & password to access the system.
• The Volunteer sign-up will be activated prior to each meet. You will receive an email with the live date and instructions for signing up.
• The swimmer declaration/meet signup will be opened before the start of the season for all meets. Coaches cannot enter your swimmer in a meet if they have not been declared as a "yes" they will be swimming in a meet.  Please enter all swimmers by the deadline.  Late entries cannot be accepted as the league has strict timelines for entries in place.
