All new swimmers (regardless of age or experience level) MUST complete a qualifying swim which consists of one length of the pool without stopping.  ANY stroke may be used.  Parents may be in the water for support, but may not assist their swimmers.  If you are unable to attend this qualifying swim, please email our head coach to make other arrangements. Held at the Hampton Oaks Community Pool - 80 Northampton Blvd, Stafford 22554

HOST Families, We hope you can join us on Monday, July 24th from 6:00-8:00pm for an evening of fun to celebrate a great season of swimming!  This is a potluck, so please be sure to sign-up for a dish to pass.  We will give awards, recognize our amazing coaches and volunteers and hold our annual "membership meeting" to vote in our new HOST Board members.  If you are interested in being part of the Board, please visit our website for more information. WHAT IS THE LAP-A-THON?

On Tuesday, July 11th, swimmers will swim as many laps as they can in any stroke(s) they choose from 8:30am-10:30am. Prior to that event, each swimmer will have the opportunity to raise pledges from family and friends for HOST. With the money raised, we can continue to offer outstanding coaching, fund our scholarships, and purchase new equipment (like lane lines, kick boards, announcing equipment, etc.)
