Mon Jul 24 2023	End of Season Awards Party Hampton Oaks Community Pool Start: 6:00 PM End: 8:00 PM HOST Families, We hope you can join us on Monday, July 24th from 6:00-8:00pm for an evening of fun to celebrate a great season of swimming! This is a potluck, so please be sure to sign-up for a dish to pass. We will give awards, recognize our amazing coaches and volunteers and hold our annual "membership meeting" to vote in our new HOST Board members. If you are interested in being part of the Board, please visit our website for more information. We hope to see you all there, it will be a splashing good time!

Tue Jul 11 2023	Lap-A-Thon Hampton Oaks Pool Start: 8:00 AM End: 10:30 AM (estimated) WHAT IS THE LAP-A-THON? On Tuesday, July 11th, swimmers will swim as many laps as they can in any stroke(s) they choose from 8:30am-10:30am. Prior to that event, each swimmer will have the opportunity to raise pledges from family and friends for HOST. With the money raised, we can continue to offer outstanding coaching, fund our scholarships, and purchase new equipment (like lane lines, kick boards, announcing equipment, etc.)
Mon Jul 10 2023	AWAY Meet at Massad YMCA 212 Butler Rd Falmouth, VA 22405 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:15 PM Please declare your swimmer NO LATER THAN Friday July 7th at 9:00pm for our AWAY MEET at Massad YMCA. Warm-up arrival time is 5:15pm. Please allow time to get your area set-up and your swimmer ready at the meet before warmups. Please plan on traffic and leave for the meet accordingly. Volunteer positions open at 8:00am on July 4th and close at 11:00pm on July 8th.
Thu Jul 6 2023	AWAY Meet at Curtis Park 58 Jesse Curtis Ln Fredericksburg, VA 22406 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:15 PM Please declare your swimmer NO LATER THAN Sunday July 2nd at 9:00pm for our AWAY MEET at Curtis Park. Warm-up arrival time is 5:15pm. Please allow time to get your area set-up and your swimmer ready at the meet before warmups. Please plan on traffic and leave for the meet accordingly. Volunteer positions open at 8:00am on June 29th and close at 11:00pm on July 4th.

Warm-up arrival time is 4:45pm. Please allow time to get your area set-up and your swimmer ready at the meet before warmups. If you can walk to the pool please do so to allow room to park for our away team. Volunteer positions open at 8:00am on June 22nd and close at 11:00pm on June 26th.

IF YOUR SWIMMER IS STILL ABLE TO ATTEND - YOU NEED TO DO NOTHING IF YOUR SWIMMER CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR MEET RSVP IF YOUR SWIMMER COULD NOT ATTEND ORIGINALLY, BUT NOW CAN, YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR MEET RSVP Warm-up arrival time is 5:15pm. Please allow time to get your area set-up and your swimmer ready at the meet before warmups. Please plan on traffic and leave for the meet accordingly. Volunteer positions close at 11:00pm on June 25th. If you were signed up for a job and can no longer attend the meet, you MUST remove yourself from that job signup.
