All new swimmers (regardless of age or experience level) MUSt complete a qualifying swim which consists of one length of the pool without stopping. ANY stroke may be used. Parents may be in the water for support, but may not assist their swimmers. If you are unable to attend this qualifying swim, please email our head coach, Isabelle Fortiz, to make other arrangements. HOST Families, We hope you can join us on Sunday, July 25th from 6:00-8:00p.m. for an evening of fun to celebrate a great season of swimming! This is a potluck, so please be sure to sign-up for a dish to pass. We will give awards, recognize our amazing coaches and volunteers and hold our annual "membership meeting" to vote in our new HOST Board members. Home vs Spotswood - 1st Session Virtual

We will be swimming session 1 of our Home Meet vs Spotswood virtually during practice time on Friday, July 16th starting at 8:00am. This will replace our normal practice for our 9-12 and 8 and under swimmers. 13 and over over will have normal practice. If any of those swimmers would like to stay and help for the virtual meet, that would be much appreciated. Please take a minute to both RSVP if you swimmer was schedule to swim on Wednesday and let Coach Isabelle know if they will be able to attend or not able to attend the Friday make-up session. Additionally, PLEASE sign up for a job. You all know we can’t run these jobs without lots of your help and the swimmers really appreciate the help allowing them the opportunity to swim! |

It gives Coaches a chance to get times for swimmers on each event, our swimmers to get meet experience and our parent volunteers to see how a meet works before the first "official" meet of the season.
